Update - Mars Warhound Titan No.4189 - Lupus Regent, Legio Astorum - 28 Sep 20

TOC's own Princeps Seniores Siph has sent in his latest acquisition, transferred from Legio Sargasso now re-sanctified and undergone extensive Rites of Colour, the former "Spectral Regeant" is now Walking as "Lupus Regent" of Legio Astorum.

Formally of Legio Sargasso, Princeps Damien is concentrating on building his Maniple around Reavers, therefore in exchange for Reaver technology and parts, Legio Astorum requisitioned the honorable Warhound. 

 The carapace pattern was kept, the trim re-done, Sargasso emblems removed and the sigil of Legio Astorum applied.

Princeps Siph carried out some work on the Titan including affixing an errant toe and mounting on a base for strength and stability. Ample use of pins and screws were applied and the top covers for the bolts where the arms attach were sourced and extension pieces and magnets used to cover the nut and bolt to allow future weapon swaps.

The Plasma Coils were painted to match the sister Warhound "Canis Bellum" (Warhound 10) and the resin power cables were swapped out for flexible hoses to allow for swapping out of weapons (pinned and affixed to the weapon, not the Titan carapace hose connections - Siph used rubber skipping rope)

The Crew received a repaint too. Here you can see the original without trim applied or Astorum sigils.

The Head Unit was repainted in Astorum Yellow and here you can see a close up of the pulsing Plasma Coils.

Here you can see the extension rings for hiding the nuts and bolts assembly of the shoulders. And a pin for the Toe!

The trim has been finished off in a brighter Astorum Gold.

The sharp eyed Princeps amongst you will notice the Iron Warriors track unit from a Spartan remains, however did you notice that the shin Armour has been swapped over - this was to match the rest of the Maniple Hounds - Aquila pad on the Left Leg.
