Gorgeous scheme, great weathering and pose too.

Loving the chevron work on the rear carapace

Princeps Azreal Raal and his Moderati in the Command Deck

Subtle weathering on the FW etched brass workings

Fully detailed interior

Burn marks, carbon scarring and subtle weathering makes this a sublime paint job

Nice Plasma glow and OSL

An Imperial dignitary or Officer of the Fleet being given the tour?

Kill markings or thrice blessed Plasma Blastgun to prevent overcooking the reactor... thanks to Princeps Solar Marcharius II for registering this fine Engine.

Cheers, Princeps Seniores Siph, TOC Admin

A very lovely scheme and fantastic base and decal work.

She even sports a custom banner.

Some mean weapons there.

With plenty of weapon options.  Fantastic work on this hound.

Glory worthy of the Legio Astorum!

Wreck its day!

Such a lovely looking hound while crushing Traitors.

WORK IN PROGRESS PHOTOS:

Squish!

The Rite of Colours has begun!

Looks like Horus' sons have some explaining to do to their gene-sire.....

.......if they survive.

That is fantastic work!

UPDATE PHOTOS:

A focused approach to painting and it pays off by making the whole scheme come together.

Excellent pose, and love the base.  It conveys a sense of urgency from the Traitors and the Warhound being focused on a bigger goal.

Excellent crew internals.

Mars Warhound No. 4197 - Gladius Nocturnis, Legio Audax Redemptor

Pattern:  Mars Pattern.

Primary Armament: Twin Turbo Laser, Inferno Gun, interchangable for a second Twin Turbo Laser Cannon.

Princeps: Princeps

Titan Legio:  Legio Audax Redemptor - Stygies VII's attempt to re-consecrate the once honoured name

Owner: Nic A.
Location: Western Australia, Australia (Yes, you're reading that right - TOC)
Comments: Gladius Nocturnis was a real delight to paint. Keeping the theme but looking for ways to distinguish it from it's brother-engine Corona Muralis was fun, and tying it into my Stygies colour scheme has been delightful. Allied to Knight Household Vassals, Explorator Fleet Galactica Gamma Seven and Stygies VIII Skitarii.
