Comments: The 'bello' part of the name came from Julius Caesars work 'de bello gaul' which i was told means "...of the war in gaul..." so my chosen name is supposed to mean "Dog of war" when translated classically and "War Dog" when translating directly.
I was amused to see that in modern hispanic-style languages it means "beautiful dog"
