When Mk. II power armor is involved? Brutal and nasty in a way that turns that romanticized fantasy upside down. Thank you to Games Workshop for providing a free review copy of these guys and the subsequent Fellblade. In the kit you get 10 Assault Marines in brutal Mk. II armor that all can sport chainaxes of some variety, along with bolt pistols, be equiped with combat shields. We understand why they didn't add the ability to swap to chainswords in the kit (cost), but it would have been nice to have it. With that said, those chainaxes look something fierce and do harken back to the old lore.
Fighting Knights and Titans? Yeah - not happening with ease, but these guys will be an utter blender against infantry!
You want to scratch, or even really hurt Titans? Well, what about heading to our forte? Big guns never tire and an old legend got a reboot.
Rebuilt from the ground up as an all-plastic kit (and MUCH easier to build) , the Fellblade rolls down the line. In most fights, a demolisher siege cannon is a sure sign of hell on treads, attached to a Vindicator. Except here it's a secondary armament! So are the TWO quad-lascannons it sports. Which, if those don't tickle your fancy, the kit also has quad laser destroyers and a gravis heavy bolter setup which you can build in addition to the lascannons aa tbey come on a separate sprue.
And that twin accelerator cannon? Armor piercing shells in that bad boy will made a Titan think twice as it risks void shields being stripped with ease and potentially taking some real damage to boot.
