Comments: The build once again was a collaboration with fellow TOC member Kiralred_30k (Gemie) who had already completed a stalking Hound of his own and kindly offered to help me with my build, as its very much beyond what my hands are capable of now. This should be my 8th and final Titan, and I wanted something special to end my Titan journey with.
