Warlord Arms Build

The next step in the Warlord build finishes off the main kit, minus the armor panels.  By now you'll have an assembled head, legs, and torso.  This tutorial assumes that you've already cleaned the release agent from the parts, as well as removed the gates and flash.  Now we're ready to finish the last of the Warlord Titan body.

Materials Needed:

• Super glue
• JB Weld
• Q-tips (to wipe away excess JB Weld on areas that will be visible)
• Hand drill or Dremel tool with drill bits
• Drill
• Pinning material

Step 1: Score the middle of the arm where the pistons will glue in, and the surface of the piston that will make contact.  Super glue will work for these parts.

Step 2: Use JB Weld to attach the middle arm to the upper arm joint and allow time to cure.  Repeat the process for the elbow to the middle arm.  Make sure you know the pose you want ahead of time so that you can create it while setting these parts.

Step 3: Use JB Weld to attach the completed arm to the upper arm mount.  Use clamps to hold it in place.

Step 4: Use super glue to place the pistons linking the "armpit" to the arm.

Step 5: Buy the weapons, paint your Titan, and bring ruin to your foes.
